When will my order be dispatched?

For the UK: We operate on 1-2 working days for dispatch. During busier periods
(Oct-Dec), dispatch times may increase to 3-4 working days. We always keep our dispatch times up to date on the website.

How long will delivery take?

UK Mainland: Delivery via Royal Mail can take 2-5 working days after dispatch. Orders sent via APC are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next
working day.

Northern Ireland: Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.

Scottish Islands & Highlands, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles: Delivery can take up to 7 working days after dispatch.



Do you dispatch from the UK?

Yes. Orders are dispatched from the UK.

How can I track my order?

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within the stated return period. Items should usually be unused and returned in their original packaging unless faulty.

Are any items non-returnable?

For hygiene reasons, some opened personal-care items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged or sent in error.



What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Where helpful, photos can also speed things up.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is processed for dispatch.

Do you offer gift options?


Some products are especially suitable for gifting, in fact, we have a whole Gift Sets section. If you would like to send an order directly to the recipient, please ensure the delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
